Note from Nick Ravagni, Owner:
My name is Nick Ravagni. I've been in the IT industry for over ten years now.
I began in the IT field as a teenager, self-taught and passionate about both business and computers. I started out doing basic computer repair for "summer money" and grew my business from there.
Now I'm A+ certified in hardware, software, and networking, have completed both Microsoft and Cisco training programs. I've taught over 250 classes in computer basics and given many lectures on IT topics. I have over two hundred clients in the Issaquah/Bellevue area, ranging from mortgage companies and travel agencies to residential clients, and I'm excited about the opportunity to work for you. (I'm also interested in full-time employment opportunities in the IT field.)
I've learned throughout my business ventures that the key to being successfully self-employed is simple: Provide superior customer service at reasonable prices, and do the job right the first time. As a result, almost every one of my clients is a repeat customer, and most of my advertising is via word-of-mouth.
